This mansion, which dates back to 1887, appeared to be ready to collapse at any moment, making it unsafe to enter. People didn’t even hesitate to consider purchasing this large ruin, but when residents Jim and Jean Leaman intervened, everything changed. The retired couple bought the dilapidated house because they loved its historic architecture and saw its state deteriorate over the years.
They were able to transform the rubble into a wonderful location we can all call home after five years of nonstop work on the house.
