Catherine Zeta-Jones is undoubtedly one of the most recognized actresses of her generation. Married to Michael Douglas, she marked her 55th birthday with a unique twist.
Interestingly, Zeta-Jones and her husband share the same birthday. As she turned 55, Douglas celebrated his milestone 80th! In honor of her special day—or perhaps as a gift to her husband—Zeta-Jones posted a sizzling photo on social media!
“In my birthday suit! I am running out of gift ideas!” she playfully captioned the post.
In the photo, the actress is seen wearing nothing but high heels, standing in front of a sink, gazing at her reflection in the mirror as the morning sun beautifully illuminates her.
Fans were stunned by the image, with one commenting, “Let’s be fair if Catherine looks like that now, every day is a birthday for Michael!”
Another added, “Listen, if my body looks like this at her age, I’m gonna post all the nudes and not care about what any of y’all think,”
That wasn’t the only photo she shared on her special day. Catherine also posted a throwback from a previous birthday celebration with Michael, captured by Jean Pigozzi. In the picture, the couple was celebrating their birthdays as 30 and 55-year-olds.

Michael Douglas also dedicated a birthday post to his beloved wife. He shared a photo along with a sweet video featuring U2’s Bono singing the birthday song to Zeta-Jones, as the couple held up a single cupcake. “To my birthday twin, I love you wholeheartedly!” Douglas captioned. “Wishing you the best year ahead.”
