Amy Adams was recently spotted in Los Angeles filming scenes for her new movie *Nightb***h*. The actress looked less beautiful than usual on the red carpet, what with her loose jeans, striped top, and brown Birkenstocks.
In one scene, she punched her co-star Scoot McNairy, but instead of looking angry, she had a “look of regret.” Afterwards, Amy smiled widely as the two were spotted holding hands while the cameras were rolling.
According to *Variety*, the movie’s plot revolves around “a suburban housewife pushed into the stay-at-home routine of raising a child,” who begins to fear that she is turning into a dog. The movie also stars Ella Thomas and Garrett C. Phillips.
Amy, who is married to Darren Le Gallo and has a daughter named Aviana who is twelve years old, balances her demanding work schedule with the demands of her family.
Her involvement comes after Christian Bale acknowledged that he acted as a “mediator” between Amy and director David O. Russell during the filming of *American Hustle*. Leaked emails claim that Amy was “devastated” by David’s alleged “abuse” of her while they were filming.
