Recently turned 45 on August 1, Jason Momoa, now single, has made his new relationship Instagram official.
While the Aquaman star appears blissfully happy with his new partner, online fans couldn’t help but notice that she seems oddly familiar, sparking some “Ewww…” reactions from critics.
Lisa Bonet filed for separation from Jason Momoa on their third wedding anniversary. The split, which was announced in 2022, was finalized in July 2024.
During their nearly 20 years together, the couple had two children: daughter Lola, 17, and son Nakoa-Wolf, 15. Bonet, 56, also has a 35-year-old daughter, Zoë Kravitz, with her ex-husband Lenny Kravitz.
Not long after his 2022 separation, the dashing bachelor quickly began his search for his next great “amor.”
In 2022, the Game of Thrones alum had a brief romance with Mexican actor Eiza González, who is perhaps best known for her lead role in From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series, which ran from 2014 to 2016.
At the time, a source told People that Momoa was still processing his breakup with Bonet and wasn’t ready to commit to anything serious.“It’s not that he’s not taking it seriously, but with his kids, he’s not going to rush into anything quickly. He had a lot of love for Lisa and there is still a lot of mutual respect there as far as she’s concerned,” the insider shared.
However, Momoa’s relationship with González, who has also been linked to other A-list actors like Liam Hemsworth and Josh Duhamel, was short-lived.
On May 11, while attending ComicCon in Basingstoke, England, the star of “See” found himself in an unexpected moment when a fan decided to make her move.

As the crowd erupted in laughter, Momoa responded, “I’m very much in a relationship.” Keeping details about his new love under wraps, he added, “I’ve been in a relationship for a while and am really enjoying the privacy.”
He teased, “You’ll find out very soon.”
And he wasn’t kidding.
On May 20, he tweeted from his trip to Japan, where he was filming his motorcycle series “On the Roam” with Harley-Davidson.
For the first time, the identity of his “amor” was revealed.

In one of the photos, the Hawaiian-born actor is seen embracing Adria Arjona, who played his on-screen wife in the 2021 film Sweet Girl.
Momoa captioned the post, “Japan, you are a dream come true you blew my mind. we’re so thankful for everyone who opened their homes, making memories with new friends and old friends, sharing another amazing adventure with mi amor. ON THE ROAM motorcycles and mayhem. All my aloha.”
Later, in an interview with *Entertainment Tonight*, Momoa gushed over 32-year-old Adria Arjona, the star of the 2022 film *Father of the Bride*.

In the June 2024 interview, the motorcycle enthusiast shared, “My lady likes to ride,” referring to Arjona. He added that when they ride together, with her seated behind him on the saddle, she wraps her arms around him: “Any excuse for more hugs,” he joked.
Following the public revelation of Momoa’s new relationship, online critics were quick to weigh in, with many comparing the “Hit Man” star to his ex, Lisa Bonet.
“She’s like a cross between Lisa and her daughter,” one user commented, while another argued, “Lisa is prettier.”
A third user shared, “She actually looks like his ex-wife Lisa Bonet, just younger.”
Meanwhile, some people noted that Arjona bears a resemblance to Momoa’s daughter, Lola.
