Simon Biles quickly showed off a fresh hair makeover after her impressive performance at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
Regarded by many as the greatest female gymnast ever, Biles was a major focus during the Games, where she enhanced her legacy by winning four medals—three gold and one silver.
With all attention on her, the 27-year-old updated her hairstyle last week and gave a nod to her stylist, Brenton Diallo.
Diallo, who has reportedly been styling Biles’ hair for eight years, shared a photo of the star athlete on his Instagram, with the following caption:

Readers might recall that Biles faced unjust criticism about her hair during the Olympics in Paris.
Responding to the critics, Biles took to Instagram on July 30 to assert: “Gonna hold your hand when I say this, next time you want to comment on a Black girl’s hair, JUST DON’T.”
It’s perplexing that, amid a heatwave in Paris, people chose to leave negative remarks about Biles’ hair, but such small-mindedness is unfortunately common online.
Nevertheless, Biles had previously shared her thoughts on her relationship with her hair leading up to this year’s Games.
“I’m finally learning to love my hair and the texture that I have and the styles that I can do,” she shared.
Biles also responded to criticism of her 2023 wedding hairstyle, noting: “Most of the backlash we get is from our own community, which is unfortunate… I don’t really care if my edges aren’t smooth.”
Despite the past criticisms, Biles received widespread support and admiration for her new look on social media.
