In 2020, a Swedish man who had just divorced his wife and given their kids ownership of his vast land decided to purchase a modest apartment.
He intended to stay in the apartment until he was able to secure a loan to buy a bigger house.
He was able to pay off the mortgage for his tiny apartment in three or five years, but with time he grew to like it and no longer felt the need for a larger one.
The space includes a kitchen, a working area, a bedroom, and a living room—everything one might possibly need.
This man was more than glad to welcome them into his house and answer their many questions about how people made ends meet in these tiny flats.
A TV and a minibar are also there, and there is storage on each step.
Along with the cozy dining area, the creative owner also has separate storage for his clothes and shoes.
Even if they are aware of how little the man’s flat is, they are nonetheless astonished to discover what’s inside.
